International Network for Future Universal Skills Education

The INFUSE – International Network for Future Universal Skills Education project at Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences (HSHL) addresses a fundamental challenge: more than 60% of HSHL students are First Generation Professionals, many with family responsibilities, who cannot participate in traditional mobility programs due to structural constraints (according to the internal HSHL study ‘student.matters’). INFUSE develops low-threshold international learning opportunities that do not require physical stays abroad. The project enables these students to gain international, location-independent, and practice-oriented learning experiences despite existing barriers.
