Summary

We report a participatory design process for DemSelf, a mobile app supporting self-administered touch-based cognitive screening. Patients, caregivers, and clinicians co-created task flows, feedback, and accessibility features through workshops and iterative prototyping. Usability testing indicates high acceptance and clear requirements for guidance, transparency, and follow-up in self-screening contexts.
