Summary

We evaluate UX factors of in-vehicle connected services such as navigation, media, and telematics. Through scenario-based driving simulations and surveys, we analyze perceived usefulness, trust, workload, and distraction for different interaction modalities. Findings highlight the importance of reliability, glanceable UI, and progressive disclosure, leading to design recommendations for safer connected experiences.
